Your order won't be processed until all the information, stats and images, and logos are received.
If you originally ordered one color of cards and decide to change it to another color after that there will be an additional charge.
Two rounds of proofs/changes are included with your order.
If more changes are needed, there’s an additional cost of $5 per round/proof

We try our hardest to ship ALL orders in 1-7 business days based on order volume as all items are custom/handmade.
All packages are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS. All items are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
We are not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the postal service. claim on any packages lost, stolen & damaged. All postage contains insurance up to the value of purchase.
