We try our hardest to ship ALL orders in 1-7 business days based on order volume as all items are custom/handmade. All packages are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS. All items are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. We are not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the postal service. You must file a claim on any packages lost, stolen & damaged. All postage contains insurance up to the value of purchase.

Photo tip - If you submit a fuzzy picture or artwork to us, it will print the same way. Avoid shadows and dark colors and make sure the picture is clear. Please note we are printing on a soft surface, not photo paper.
